The hotel was a lot like a seedy pub, with small, unclean rooms and a concerning neighborhood, but I'm very grateful for the helpful senior gentleman at the front desk during check-in.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms aren't that clean and are absolutely knackered, with paint falling off the walls and no safety on the windows. They were tiny and unclean, giving an old hotel vibe.
Service
9.0
The service was amazing - the staff were quick, courteous, and dedicated to answering any questions or concerns. I would come back to stay here again.
Location
5.0
The location was in an area with quite a number of homeless people on the street, which was horrible and almost made me reconsider my stay. However, it was close enough to the central station.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were quite poor, although the pub downstairs offered tasty food with plenty of choices.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were basic with no standout features, but the laundry service was efficient.

5.4/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small, and I had to keep the blinds closed due to the lack of air conditioning. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, with a mix of mean behavior and friendly assistance. The location was not ideal, surrounded by issues of homelessness and drug-related problems. The dining options were limited, but there were some decent choices available. Overall, it was not the best hotel experience I've had.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt tiny like a shoe box, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable, especially for a couple.
Service
6.0
The service had its ups and downs, from being mean to someone struggling with English to being friendly and helpful.
Location
5.0
The area around the hotel was not pleasant, with homeless individuals and drug-related activities making it a challenging environment.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average, with limited options but some decent choices available.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic, nothing exceptional noted.

6.6/10
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a convenient location close to the center at an affordable price. However, there are issues with old and uncomfortable facilities, and you may encounter other guests in the narrow bathrooms.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms are really old and uncomfortable, but the bed is comfortable and the location is close to the center.
Service
8.0
The service by the manager was friendly and they tried their best to accommodate my needs, even providing a torch when needed.
Location
5.0
The hotel is about half an hour's walk from town, but the neighborhood has a considerable issue with drug users and homelessness, making it an uncomfortable location.
Dining
5.0
I was apprehensive about leaving the hotel for food due to the surrounding area's safety concerns. Finding alternative dining options outside the hotel was a more appealing choice.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities lack modern amenities and may not meet the standards expected for the price paid.
